Everything starts with the apple trees growing here at Sacha House. Throughout the year, we care for our orchard as naturally as possible, harvesting the fruit and transforming it into homemade jams, apple cider vinegar, and other seasonal creations. We are constantly learning and rediscovering traditional ways of preserving food, choosing slow processes and simple ingredients over artificial additives whenever possible. These products are more than pantry staples; they are a reflection of the orchard, the changing seasons, and our desire to make food with patience, honesty, and respect for nature.
